10 people will come and experience a 5-course meal served with Italian wines. You will experience an educational evening learning a lot about wine pairing while we drink and judge mystery red wines with various pizzas and ratatouille. You will experience your favorite wines changing based on the type of foods you are eating with the wine, then we will all vote and reveal our wines and their prices. We will start with appetizers and Prosecco while we take visual tour of Italy on Google Earth and learn about the various wine-making regions. Dessert with sweet bubbly as we wrap up our evening. We are scheduling for February 1st from 5-8pm, but we can be flexible with the date and can schedule with the winner.
